- 3 months or more before arrival, no cancellation fee
- 3 months to 1 month 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival
- 1 month to 1 week 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival
- Up to 1 week 90% of the total agreed price within de last week preceding the date of arrvial
- In the case of early departure, 100% of the total cost.
- In order to save you financial loss and the associated inconvenience,
we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. As a special service,
we are pleased to offer you the European Travel Insurance.
In case there is a travel warning for Tyrol during the time of your booking, you can cancel or alter your booking free of charge.
You can book your holiday at the Hotel Stockerwirt via our online booking service, by telephone, or in writing by e-mail.
In order to confirm your reservation, we ask you to transfer a deposit of 20% of the total amount. When paying by credit card, please let us know your card number and expiry date, and whether you wish to include insurance or not.
