Your holiday will start with a glass of red wine with family Hundsbichler at a welcome evening.
After an extensive breakfast from our buffet - which also includes an organic corner - you will be ready for an active day.
For guests with half-board, we will serve you a 4-course menu in the charmingly furnished dining hall in the evenings. You will sample typical Tyrolean specialities as well as international cuisine.
If you have booked a room with breakfast only, you will be welcome to choose from hearty Tyrolean specialities or international dishes in our à la carte restaurant.
We endeavour to use regional products and have been awarded the AMA Gastrosiegel, an Austrian quality assurance for the use of local produce in restaurants.
No matter whether you want to savour hearty Tyrolean specialties such as Tyrolean ‘Groestl’ (fried sliced potatoes with Speck) or grey cheese, or if you prefer sweet dishes such as ‘Kaiserschmarrn’ (shredded pieces of thick pancake) or ‘Apflkiachl’ (slices of apples dipped in batter and fried) – you will always find something delicious at the Stockerwirt or on the huts in the beautiful Alpbach valley. Sample the variety of our local products.
